VIPure was born from lived experience - not a trend.

I created VIPure during a time when I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

As I entered perimenopause, I began experiencing brain fog, poor focus, disrupted sleep, overwhelm, and that unsettling feeling of “what is happening to my mind?”

Like so many women, I wasn’t prepared for how deeply hormonal changes could affect not only my cognitive clarity and confidence - but also my ability to rest, reset and feel like myself again.

At the same time, my family was navigating something even more confronting - my Nain’s journey with Alzheimer’s. Watching someone you love slowly lose their memory and sense of self changes how you view health forever.

It made one thing very clear to me: brain health - and the quality of our sleep that supports it - is not something to think about later. It matters now.

That combination - my own perimenopause symptoms and my family’s experience with cognitive decline - became the catalyst for VIPure.
